Usually lying down face up on a massage table or sitting comfortably in a chair

About Krista Tew and Just BE
Krista Tew is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, with a heart for helping others release stress and quiet the mind to allow the flow of universal intuition and healing energy. As a busy wife and mother, she appreciates and understands the struggles of dealing with today’s hectic lifestyle. Through Reiki, yoga, and other ancestral health and healing modalities, she has personally encountered healing of ailments and emotional transformation in her own life. These experiences have shown her that many of the answers we seek lie deep within. Her hope and passion is that she can facilitate the same for others as they embark on that journey for themselves.

Reiki Certification Classes
Reiki Master Teachers Jina Daniels, heARTflow Creative & Krista Tew, Just Be Holistics have combined forces and are now co-teaching our Reiki classes. Having two teacher/mentors brings more experience & perspectives and provides greater flexibility for our students.
Our classes are inclusive, interactive and student focused. Our theme is service to others through coming back to self - self realization that leads to self actualization.
Our small intimate classes provide a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and hands-on training. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment on self and others, You will be confident and know how to practice Reiki after taking our classes.
